i dont know about the barber shop one... but for candy corn you could wear a short white tube top shirt and paint your stomach and midsection orange, then wear a yellow skirt and some white fish nets and pumps!! throw some colored streaks thru your hair with matching makeup, reaaaaally cute idea!

If you could find a red and white striped shirt you could just wear a black skirt with it and make a bow tie. The hard part would be finding the hat, it might be possible to make one though.
