Should the Cowboys stop shooting themselves in the foot and go ahead with Barber first ,or just stick with the game plane with Jones....Clearly Barberis a better game changer pluse charger on the offense...Marion Barber or Julius Jones?
It doesn't matter if he starts the game or not as long as he get his touches at the right time during the course of the game. Just about every team has some sort of two back system. It may just be a trend or something teams will keep using. It defintely keeps Barber fresh I enjoy watching him stiff arm guys helmets off.Marion Barber or Julius Jones?
I would hate to say this but the Cowboys need a running back in next years draft I whould go for Darren or slaton next year if I was dallas....
While Barber is great, I think it is best to have the duo the way it is. I like it this way because Julius is a hard runner and he seems to loosen up the defense for Marion. When Marion comes in, he just runs over everyone and takes over.
I agree with everyone else who said if it aint broke dont fix it. They have a good thing going.
Barber...by far.
He is much more productive on the field, and he gets the team fired up.
I think Barber is the better back and should get the bulk of the carries; however, I don't think JJ should be taken out of the game plan entirely. He is a nice finesse change-up to Barber's hard-nosed style. Keeps oppopsing D's on their toes. No need to go away from the 2-back system, just give Barber more carries.
My vote is for Barber.

if i could only choose one it would be Barber but with out Jones there he is not the same back you see week in and week out. for he would be tired instead of rested up
Loved him in Minnesota, love him in Dallas. Marion Barber all the way.
They should stick with Marion the Barbarian. He is more productive and powerful, and just as fast. Plus, I have him on my fantasy team and could use the points.
Marion Barber is sooo much better. There's no contest.
