You need to grow it a few more inches. Then go to a trendy saloon, it may cost a bit more but will get you the hair cut you want. When you do go maybe take that pic, that way you can show them.

you cant get that hairstyle unles you use extension sorry your hair is too short
First off you are going to have to grow it out. The pic you want is about 2 inches away from what you have right now....this is called an EMO hair style ....bring this pic with you and go to a salon in a mall as opposed to a barber......the mall's are more up to date with these types of styles
