Would a barber shop be able to do this haircut..? (picture)?

My dad knows this female barber, anyways I was wondering if they can cut hair just as well as a regular salon does? My hairs pretty long and straight, a little below shoulder length and i wanted it cut like this -

A lot of girls that work at salons are actual barbers. There isn't much of a difference. I think it is just easier to be a barber - I can't remember the difference though. My friend owns a salon and she is a barber. I think that the female barber could definitely do it. Take the pic with you and ask her before you let her cut it though. But VERY cute hair style! :)
Yes, they could. Just print off a copy of that picture, and take it to the barber shop and show it to the female barber. Tell her you would like a haircut like the picture.
In most states barbers go to the same school as all hair dressers :]

I'm not sure... looks a little high tech. Although it does look razored, and I'm sure they could do that.
